EEEEEE you know I am mad for these Diagon Alley Dickensian mediaeval Harry Potterish winding little streets! Okaaaay so they probably wouldn’t have a Borders on Diagon Alley. I LOVE BORDERS so I do not care! Obviously Muggles are allowed on this street anyway, look at the bicycles!
