Health kick nightmare

SO I was doing so well!

Then I had a really, really bad stomach bug that left me 9lb lighter and pretty worn out so I’ve had to eat and the healthy eating is still there…jut not as good as it was!

Whilst I’m generally better, I’m still quite sluggish and sickly, and just generally worn out.

Think ill give it another week and kick start next week again!

Health kick day 4

No shred today coz me and my friend decided to dye our hair! I was at work til 5 then we did our hair until 10.30!

Eaten a lot less than normal, around 900kcals:

Granola with natural yoghurt
Porridge with water for lunch
And homemade low fat pasta bake, with a watercress salad (coming in at around 350kcals for the whole meal).

I also just cheated and had 15 Pringles…but who cares? Live a little.

Feel dead bad for not doing my shred though :(

this is such an intense workout ! she lost 40lb’s just doing this everyday try it i bet your body fat burns !

So I did a 10 min jog (good for someone with knees like mine) then day 3 of the 30 day shred. It’s so much easier already but I did have a tiny break mid after circuit 2! Don’t fume with me Jillian!
